I created an app concept for a regional supermarket chain, focused on busy people with a healthy life style, looking for organic and reasonably priced products who do not have enough time to create their everyday recipes. They can find their favourite products in the store or directly order online, based on the recipes they have already chosen through the app.
In this project my goal is to gain insight into customers needs, identify areas for improvement and explore digital solutions.

Creating the personas was based on the user-led interviews with different people about their habits, lifestyle, goals, motivations, pain points, and their grocery shopping experiences.

Journey maps are very useful for presentation purposes, giving relatable context and visualizing the users pain points.

After the sitemap, it is now time to create the wireframes and test the functionality.
